FEES AND PAYMENT
Our private pay rate is $250 for initial consultation and $195 per 50 minute session.
We accept most major credits cards, personal checks, cash and direct payment from select insurance carriers.

You may be able to use your Out-of-Network beneifits depending on your policy. You should call your insurance company and ask what their reimbursement policy is for Out-of-Network Providers. They will tell you how much they will reimburse you along with any deductible you have to meet first. If you choose to utilize your out of network benefits, we are happy to provide a monthly bill for you to submit directly to your Insurance Company. The Insurance Company will then reimburse you directly.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected at time of service by cash, check or credit card (we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover) unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The time of your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your appointment without adequate notice or do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, you are responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
